Well, it appears there has been no luck so far in de-indexing this website from Google despite attempts being made. We are much quieter on the website these days, but the amount of visitors we get certainly hasn't dwindled! The response to the email I sent out to the master client list was a little intense - I have been working through responding to people. If you have emailed me and haven't had a response yet, I'm really sorry - I will get back to everyone as soon as I can, but also trying to juggle my home and work life alongside this, which feels like a full time job in itself some days. I'm also very pleased to say there has been some more progression on my end - I really can't say too much about it at the moment, but things are looking promising. It looks like this long fight will be worth it in the end. This has been a long and gruelling journey for me and my family - but I believe that I am one of the lucky ones. My business was established prior to coming across ConvrtX, and I am lucky enough to have a very unique following of clients. Of the 80+ people I have spoken to, most of them were startups who have not been able to continue on since being duped by Josh. Most of them had more to lose by going public, which is why I believe Josh got away with this for so long - I'm fortunate that I really didn't have too much to lose. For those who may be reading this website and have been worried about speaking out - please know that if you contact me, I don't release anything without consent. I can't get anyone their money back, but I might be able to help you in being a part of getting some form of justice for yourself. My aim isn't stopping with Josh. Too many people have helped him and went along with this, including, but not limited to, David Mandel and Julius Clarke.
