My name is Gemma. I commissioned an app and a website with ConvrtX. To date, they have provided me with terrible products not within scope, they have made baseless and fabricated accusations against me, they have issued me with cease and desists, their previous legal counsel sent me sexually inappropriate emails, they refuse to refund me, and they threaten to take me to court. Am I scared of them taking me to court?


I don't care.


I will literally update this blog from a court room if I have to. I know they've done this to multiple people, and I am fully committed to doing what I can to make this right for myself and others. ConvrtX have mockingly referred to me as a 'truth teller', 'freedom fighter', and likened my cause to that of Prince Harry's royal allegations (yes, really). Attention needs brought to this.
