Court Case Dismissed

ConvrtX Limited raised legal action against me and my husband in March 2025. Following the withdrawal of 2 solicitor firms acting for them between March 2025 and August 2025, there was no attendance from ConvrtX Limited or from any agents on their behalf at the last 3 peremptory diet court hearings. On the 20th of November 2025, the Sheriff agreed to dismiss the court case after hearing from our solicitor. The proceedings were dismissed on the basis that ConvrtX Limited as designed in the writ (court paperwork), does not exist. We are still considering our next steps. But the court action is now over.
