Interesting Developments Underway

I've not been as active on this blog the last month or so, but that's not to say it's been quiet on my end... quite the opposite actually. I'm looking forward to the publication of a new article very soon - there has been some delays in it going to print, but I met with the journalist today who confirmed the article is written, and they are only awaiting a short statement/confirmation from involved politicians and police forces. Very interesting that ConvrtX have thus far not responded to the journalist with comment. I'll be posting here as soon as it is live. On top of this, I've had some very interesting news that Josh and ConvrtX don't appear to be traceable at the addresses they used when filing small claim court action against multiple victims. I am aware of at least one person who has tried to file upon these addresses... only to be told Josh nor ConvrtX have any current involvement there. So why has Josh been throwing small claim court actions at people if he can't even be found at these addresses? In my opinion, he was betting that no one would file back, and that they wouldn't try to file back through any higher than small claims. Why is a business who presents themselves as professional so difficult to track down? We have information also that a number of clients have been approached by a debt collection company operating on behalf of ConvrtX. They are Empire Collection Agency. We became aware of this company when speaking to a victim who appeared to have been scammed, but had somehow been tied into making payments to this company for a product they claimed they didn't receive. I was gobsmacked upon finding this out. I emailed Empire Collection Agency; specifically the agent the client was assigned to and advised them of what I knew about ConvrtX. I provided crime reference numbers also. I heard nothing back. The client told me that the agent had mentioned there were more client accounts registered to ConvrtX. Now, I'm not saying these accounts aren't legitimate or valid; I don't know. But given that the client I spoke to managed to recoup their money back via chargebacks, and told me they hadn't received their product, I would urge anyone making payment to this company for ConvrtX to query this if they are unsure of the legitimacy of their 'debt'. I look forward to emailing the master client list once the aforementioned article is published. I wonder if Josh will attempt a copyright claim against this one too?
